Dr. Hillary Kunins from the San Francisco Department of Public Health says the data will help guide the city’s overdose prevention efforts. ‘I’m sick of the lies’: Frank Somerville owns up to dark side, problems with alcohol “Increases or decreases as a way to predict what we might see in both non-fatal overdoses and fatal overdoses,” she explained.
