LAKE GEORGE, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- A Diamond Point man was arrested on Wednesday for third-degree rape. Nathan W. Hilbert, 18, is accused of having nonconsensual sexual intercourse with a 17-year-old victim. Get the latest news, weather, sports and entertainment delivered right to your inbox! Hilbert was already facing two counts of first-degree rape for incidents involving an adult victim and an 11-year-old victim. Hilbert was also charged with promoting a sexual performance with a child and possessing a sexual performance of a child. ST. LOUIS – In August, 900 likely Missouri voters were asked about issues facing the Missouri LGBTQ community as a part of the 2023 SLU/YouGov Poll. At least 63% of voters think that transgender children shouldn't be able to get medical care like hormone therapy, drugs that stop puberty, or surgery that changes their gender.Governor Parson signed the "Missouri Save Adolescents from Experiment (SAFE) Act" in June. Motorcyclist Seriously Injured after a Hit-and-Run Crash near 35th AvenuePHOENIX, AZ (August 23, 2023) – Early Sunday morning, a hit-and-run incident on Loop 101 left a rider hospitalized.It occurred on August 13th, just after 12:15 a.m., near 35th Avenue.According to reports, a motorcyclist was traveling along Loop 101, when he was struck by a vehicle.
