DENVER (KDVR) -- Boulder police are seeking a suspect accused of using someone else's identification to withdraw thousands of dollars from their bank account.According to the Boulder Police Department, a woman between 28-35 years old went to a bank and used someone else's ID to try and withdraw $5,000 from their account. 3 wanted in Hilltop home burglaries, nabbing $20K ring and designer clothes She was unsuccessful, according to the department.However, using someone else's legal identification qualifies as identity fraud, and the attempted theft also raised some concerns.Boulder police are seeking this suspect for allegedly attempting to withdraw $5,000 from a bank account using someone else's identification. DENVER (KDVR) -- More details have emerged in a deadly wrong-way crash that shut down southbound E-470 near York Street in Thornton for several hours Wednesday.According to Colorado State Patrol, the 86-year-old driver of a Dodge Caravan was from Loveland, did not use a seatbelt and died at the scene. Three other people were taken to a hospital after the crash. A 73-year-old woman driving a Chevrolet Volt was seriously injured along with 72-year-old male passenger. Both were from Aurora. A 27-year-old woman from Loveland driving a Honda CR-V without a seatbelt was also seriously injured. BOULDER COUNTY, Colo. (KDVR) — One Marshall Fire victim is reflecting on the approaching second anniversary after a major lifestyle change. Cassidy Gebhardt narrowly escaped the Marshall Fire two years ago, and he was severely burned in the process."When the wind shifted it pushed the fire from the building up onto the driveway where we were, and that was when we sustained the majority of our burns," Gebhardt said. "We ran as best we could, and it was very hard to run because we couldn’t breathe."Many people in his neighborhood chose to rebuild, but he chose a different path: van life. DENVER (KDVR) -- A 20-year-old was indicted by a federal grand jury on 11 charges, including carjacking and robbery, related to crimes in the Denver metro area.Keenan Shane Clodfelter, 20, was indicted on three counts of carjacking, three counts of robbery and five counts of brandishing a firearm while carjacking and conducting a robbery. He is being prosecuted by the U.S. Attorney's Office for the District of Colorado. Police have released a new clue in their search for a pair of package thieves who, they said, targeted several homes in Miramar.Miramar Police on Thursday released surveillance video of one of the serial porch pirates, who they identified as Derrick Robinson.The suspect and a woman can be seen taking packages from homes and loading them in their SUV.Police have issued a warrant for Robinson’s arrest, and they’re asking the public to provide any information on the subjects.The surveillance video shows Robinson coming out of the driver’s side of a black SUV wearing a dark hoodie.Investigators said he and the women pulled up to several home in a Miramar neighborhood and stole multiple from front porches packages over the past month.
