Aurora man dies in single motorcycle crash DENVER (KDVR) -- A man from Aurora died Friday night after police said he crashed into a parked trailer.It happened near the intersection of Joplin Street and 7th Avenue, the Aurora Poice Department said officers in the traffic investigation unit responded around 10 p.m. After 189 bodies found in funeral home, evidence suggests families got fake ashes The 27-year-old man was riding a 2020 black Harley Davidson motorcycle. According to APD, witnesses said he was riding west when he struck a parked trailer.He was flung from the motorcycle.APD said officers provided lifesaving actions but he was ultimately rushed to a hospital where he died. Police are investigating whether alcohol was a contributing factor in the crash.The man will be identified by the Arapahoe County Coroner's Office after next of kin is notified.

Search underway for woman reported missing from NE Miami-Dade Police seek the public’s help in their search for a woman who was reported missing from Northeast Miami-Dade.According to Miami-Dade Police, 55-year-old Tara Renee James left her home along the 19300 block of Northeast 25th Avenue in her black 2006 Toyota Prius, at around 3 p.m. on Thursday.Investigators said James has not made contact with family or friends and may be in need of services.She stands 5 feet, 11 inches tall, weighs around 195 pounds, and has blond hair and green eyes.James was last seen wearing a black shirt and black shorts.Police said the Florida tag of her Prius in AF31BU.Officials urge anyone with information on James’ whereabouts to contact MDPD Detective M. Driver killed, passenger injured in wrong-way wreck on US 27 in Miramar A wrong-way wreck in Miramar left one person dead and another injured, police said.Miramar Police units responded to the scene of the crash along the 2000 block of U.S. 27, at around 5:50 a.m., Saturday.Investigators said a driver was traveling northbound when they were hit head-on by another driver going south in the northbound lanes.Police said the driver of the first vehicle was killed on impact, and a passenger in their was hurtParamedics transported the surviving victim to an area hospital in unknown condition.Detectives said the driver who was traveling against traffic walked away without any injuries.Officers shut down the northbound lanes of U.S. 27 and diverted traffic at Krome Avenue. The roadway has since reopened to traffic.The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
