LOS ANGELES — Suzanne Somers, the effervescent blonde actor known for playing Chrissy Snow on the television show “Three’s Company” as well as her business endeavors, has died. She was 76.Somers had breast cancer for over 23 years and died Sunday morning, her family said in a statement provided by her longtime publicist R. Couri Hay. A 3.5 magnitude earthquake struck near Ojai Sunday afternoon. The temblor was recorded at 12:52 p.m. and was centered about 10 miles northeast of Ojai and about 15 miles north-northwest of Santa Paula, according to the U.S. Geological Survey. The quake struck at a depth of about 6 miles, according to the USGS event page. Although the temblor was almost 10 miles from Ojai some residents did report feeling it, according to a USGS interactive map.
