He says one of the most stressful parts of the job involves moving large farm equipment on roads where drivers are inattentive and impatient.“A lot of people are on their phones, or over the line, or simply just driving too fast,” Ruether said.Shannon Clayborn is one of the owners of Prairie View Seed in Hawk Point. Flash mob robbers ransack luxury clothing store in Los Angeles A group of thieves remains at large after ransacking a luxury retail store in Hancock Park Tuesday night in a flash mob-style robbery.The thieves targeted denim retailer Ksubi located at 132 S. La Brea Ave. around 6:55 p.m., according to the Los Angeles Police Department.Around 11 masked men entered the luxury clothing store right before closing time and ransacked the shop.The suspects swarmed the shop and began quickly grabbing clothing from store shelves and display racks. 3 hospitalized after crashing into Metro bus in Vermont Square At least three people were critically injured after two vehicles crashed into a Metro bus in Vermont Square on Wednesday night.Authorities responded to the collision near the 450 block of 51st Street around 7:05 p.m., according to the Los Angeles Police Department.Three people were transported to local hospitals in serious to critical condition. 4-year-old girl killed, parents injured in crash near Oracle Park, driver identified SAN FRANCISCO (KRON) -- A driver who allegedly killed a 4-year-old girl and injured her parents in a crash in San Francisco on Tuesday has been arrested, the San Francisco Police Department said Wednesday. She was identified as 71-year-old Karen Cartagena. SFPD responded to 4th Street and King Street at about 5:15 p.m. regarding a crash involving a vehicle and pedestrians. The victims were hospitalized with life-threatening injuries. The girl was pronounced dead at the hospital.
